Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These Child Safety Standards apply to Mixtter — the social networking mobile application and related services published on Google Play by the developer ArturoEnqz (the “App” or “Service”). They describe how we protect children and users, and our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

By using Mixtter, you agree to follow these standards in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

Mixtter strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form on the Service. CSAE includes, without limitation:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of minors for sexual purposes.
  • Sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
  • Sharing, requesting, trading, or linking to content that sexualizes or exploits children.
  • Using Mixtter to facilitate trafficking, abuse, or harm of minors.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, preservation of evidence for investigation, and referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities, including reports to organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

2. Other prohibited child-related conduct

In addition to CSAE, the following is prohibited on Mixtter:

  • Creating accounts or profiles that misrepresent age to contact minors.
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at children or minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery involving minors.
  • Content that encourages minors to engage in dangerous, illegal, or sexual activity.
  • Any activity that violates applicable child-protection laws.

3. Age requirements

Mixtter is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Users must meet the minimum age to create an account. We do not knowingly allow children below the applicable minimum age to use the Service. If we learn that a child has provided personal data in violation of our policies, we will take steps to delete the account and associated data.

4. Prevention, detection, and enforcement

  • In-app reporting: Users can report profiles, posts, messages, or other content from within the App.
  • Blocking: Users can block others to prevent unwanted contact.
  • Moderation review: Reports involving child safety or CSAE are prioritized for review.
  • Enforcement: We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards.
  • Cooperation with authorities: We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations when required by law or when necessary to protect children.

5. How to report child safety concerns

If you see content or behavior on Mixtter that may involve CSAE or put a child at risk:

  1. Use the in-app Report option on the relevant profile, post, or message.
  2. Email the Mixtter Child Safety Team at arturoenqzsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Mixtter Child Safety Report”, including usernames, links, screenshots if available, and a description.
  3. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

We treat child-safety reports seriously. Do not share CSAM when reporting; describe the issue and provide identifiers so our team can locate and remove content through official channels.

6. Updates to these standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. The current version is always published at https://mixtter.com/child-safety/. Continued use of Mixtter after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
